About Me
Over the 10 years, I have provided counselling services to individuals and families to address a range of familial concerns such as marital, parenting, children's behaviour, trauma, emotional coping etc.
I have continued to grow and advance my skills holistically and I adopted holistic and integrative therapy which involves integrating various elements into the practice (from Psychoanalytic, Behavioural, Cognitive, Humanistic, Constructionist, Systemic perspectives to other psychological approaches such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming). The key is to use the psychotherapy tools best suited for the respective client and presenting concern.
I invite you to this safe space where you may find connection, healing and growth.

Therapeutic Approach
This approach combines mindfulness techniques with values-based action to help clients develop greater psychological flexibility and live a more fulfilling life. The therapist helps clients identify and accept their difficult thoughts and feelings, while guiding them towards actions that align with their values.
This approach helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to their problems. The therapist works collaboratively with the client to develop strategies to challenge and modify these patterns, leading to improved mood and functioning.
This approach focuses on the client's subjective experience and encourages them to explore their thoughts and emotions in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. The therapist takes a empathic and non-directive role, allowing the client to lead the session.
This approach focuses on identifying and building on the client's existing strengths and resources, with a goal of developing practical solutions to specific problems. The therapist uses questions and techniques to help the client envision a preferred future and work towards achievable goals.
