About Me
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including various socioeconomic, racial, and faith groups. I specialize in psychotherapy and psycho-educational assessments, helping clients address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
My expertise spans working with adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and achieve personal growth. I take an integrative therapeutic approach, tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs. My practice draws on evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), to promote emotional balance and resilience.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am a part-time Psychology lecturer and an active advocate for mental health awareness through non-governmental organizations. I am deeply committed to addressing period poverty and empowering individuals to overcome societal and psychological barriers. My focus is on reducing unhelpful thoughts and feelings, fostering emotional strength, and celebrating progress toward well-being.
