I am Farzana, a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, achieve emotional well-being, and develop the skills to thrive. With a qualification of double masters, I have honed my expertise through years of experience in various cases and clients which includes individuals and couples.
I believe in a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy. I recognize that every individual is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet their specific needs. My therapy style is characterized by empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental attitude. I provide a safe and nurturing space for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions openly.
My therapeutic approach draws from various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychoanalysis, and Solution-Focused Therapy while constantly practicing the humanistic approach. I work collaboratively with clients to find the most effective strategies for their unique situations.
